Program and Test

We can preprogram IC before mounting to PCB. If customer require program after mounting, we can operate in our plant programing table.
Mass quantity production are strongly suggested to be test in our factory before shipping out. Cost here is much lower, and easy for solved when test can’t past.
Customer can send us test jig, or let us to make it according to customer’s requirement. PCBA Function test is very important for mass production. Our PCB will operate 100% electrical test before delivery to our assembly factory. But most of IC can’t be test one more time before mounting. PCBA visual checking can check solderability only. That’s why function test is one of most process for an EMS project. 
We have programmed and tested lots of different project PCBA. Such as industry control board, smart home motherboard, robot, security main board, kinds of IOT PCBA, wall washer LED light.
